List of Diagnostic Items

• Number of followers: We will diagnose whether your company account has enough followers to gain users' trust and interest.
• Quality of followers: We will diagnose whether your daily messages are reaching your followers properly and whether there is any discrepancy between your target demographic and your follower attributes.
• Engagement: We will diagnose whether you are communicating with users through your account.
• UGC: We will diagnose whether you have made efforts to encourage the generation of UGC through the functions of each social networking site, such as hashtags and survey functions.
• Content: We will diagnose whether you are disseminating information that is useful to users, rather than information that the company wants to disseminate.
• Creative: We will assess whether the design and text are appealing to the target users and whether there is consistency throughout.
• Account Improvements / Considerations: We'll look back at the overall evaluation and give you some advice from a digital marketing professional on what you can improve and what you can do to make your account even better.
