GLOBAL SMM PROJECT MANAGER
Business overview
This position involves managing the entire process of our social media marketing business, from initial client contact through contract signing and project execution. With a strong focus on data-driven strategy and contract management, you will collaborate closely with both the internal team and clients to maximize project value.
We are seeking someone who can play a central role in business growth by effectively fulfilling the dual responsibilities of sales and project management.
Specific work content
- Planning and proposing solutions for new and existing clients
- Identifying client challenges and designing optimal solutions
- Preparing and presenting quotations and proposals
- Preparing, negotiating, and concluding contracts
Project Management Responsibilities
- Setting and managing KGIs, KPIs, and project milestones
- Planning project revenue and expenses, including budget management
- Setting numerical targets and developing strategies to achieve them
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring quality control
- Providing direction to and coordinating with the director team
Improvement and Optimization Responsibilities
- Planning initiatives to increase the value of new and existing projects
- Improving and systematizing business workflows and sales processes
- Meeting with and coordinating among internal and external stakeholders
Daily Schedule
- 10:00 – Arrive at work, check emails, and review the numerical dashboard.
- 11:00 – Contact and coordinate with clients.
- 12:00 – Lunch break.
- 13:00 – Create proposal materials, estimates, and contracts.
- 15:00 – Meet with clients to discuss issues and present proposals.
- 16:00 – Collaborate with internal teams and review project progress.
- 17:00 – Manage KPIs, budgets, and other performance metrics, and consider improvement measures.
- 19:00 – End of the workday.
Eligibility
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in the web or creative industry
- Experience in project promotion or sales planning
- Hands-on experience in client negotiations, proposal development, and contract management
- Experience in numerical and performance management
- Experience with KPI setting, budget management, and income/expenditure analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to take full ownership and final responsibility for projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the SNS (social media) marketing industry
- General knowledge of digital marketing
- Project management certifications (PMP, etc.)
- End-to-end experience covering both sales and operational execution

Monthly salary: ¥450,000–¥500,000 (final compensation will be determined based on previous salary, experience, and skills)
