Orinas: First, could you tell us about your business?

MS Clinic Representative: Our clinic provides medical services tailored to men’s specific needs and concerns. Our services range from lower-body reconstructive surgeries and treatments to AGA (hair loss) treatments, medical hair removal, erectile dysfunction treatments, and even cosmetic procedures. Our mission is to contribute to men’s health and the improvement of their QOL.

Orinas: Thank you. It’s impressive that you’re supporting men’s QOL in such a wide range of fields. Could you also share a bit about your role?

MS Clinic Representative: I’m in charge of public relations. My responsibilities include enhancing our brand image, reaching out to potential patients, and building strong relationships with our existing patients. Specifically, I handle information dissemination through our website and social media, manage media relations, and work to communicate our clinic’s expertise and credibility.

Orinas: That’s truly comprehensive PR work aimed at strengthening your branding. Especially nowadays, social media plays such an important role. What challenges were you facing in marketing?

MS Clinic Representative: The number of men’s clinics has increased rapidly in recent years, making this a highly competitive market. One of our biggest challenges was to clearly communicate our expertise and strengths to help patients recognize us and choose us. We also felt that utilizing SNS and the web for communication was becoming increasingly important.

Orinas: Absolutely. In such a competitive space, clearly presenting your “reason to be chosen” is more important than ever.

From Trial-and-Error on YouTube to Strategic Video Initiatives

Orinas: We’ve heard that you’ve been focusing particularly on YouTube among your SNS efforts. What led you to prioritize this platform?

MS Clinic Representative: Among all social platforms, YouTube allows us to share more in-depth information and convey our expertise effectively. Many patients tell us, “I saw your YouTube video,” or “I watched Dr. Hayama’s video,” which often leads them to visit or consult with us.

Orinas: That’s wonderful to hear. Having a visible presence in videos definitely boosts credibility. Could you share what led you to approach Orinas?
