Hello everyone, this is the customer case interview team at Orinas Inc.
This time, we interviewed Mr. Niimura, the president of Sincerity Inc., who has been supporting the company since its establishment by creating its website, greeting cards, and even designing its New Year's cards.
President Niimura wanted to use his website to express his gratitude not only to new customers but also to those who have helped him through his work up until now. He also wanted to express the company's "color" through the website, greeting cards, and New Year's cards. We spoke frankly with him about what he wanted to focus on in the production, as well as his reasons for hiring Orinas and his thoughts on the project!
A Website and Greeting Cards to Convey Gratitude
Orinas: Mr. Niimura, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. First of all, please tell us again about your company's business.
Niimura: I act as an intermediary for real estate sales and purchases, provide real estate consulting, and help with effective land utilization. I have also started working on inheritance matters and hold inheritance consultation sessions once a month with tax accountants, lawyers, judicial scriveners, and home builders who are knowledgeable in this field.
Orinas: Thank you. You founded your company this year, right?
Niimura: Yes, we incorporated on February 18th of this year (2020). Starting a real estate business is complicated, and we had to prepare an office and all the paperwork before obtaining a business license. There were also delays in the procedures due to COVID-19, so we weren't able to start business until July.
Orinas: That's right! Our company has been helping with the creation of websites and greeting cards since the company was founded, but what were the areas that you wanted to focus on, Mr. Niimura?
Niimura: I wanted the website to be seen by everyone who has helped me up until now. I wanted to create a solid tool to express my gratitude for all the help I've received, to report on my current situation, and to let people know if there's anything I can do to help.
Expressing Gratitude and Appealing to Female Customers
Orinas: So you wanted to properly express your gratitude to those you've had business with up until now, while also acquiring new customers. So you wanted to send different messages to different targets on one website.
Niimura: That's right. Also, although it is the husband who ultimately pays for the purchase of real estate, it is often the wife who actually searches for the property. So when I started this job, I wanted to make my "female perspective" my strength. In fact, I often dealt with women in my previous job, so I wanted to make use of that experience as well.
Orinas: So one of the things you wanted to convey on your website to female customers is that "This is a place run by women that gives you peace of mind"!
Niimura: That's right.
Choosing Orinas for a Female-Led Approach
Orinas: So, what was the opportunity that led you to find out about our company when it came to creating such a website?
Niimura: I was introduced to someone by the person in charge at my regular hair salon, and I started checking out their Instagram and website. I then found out that Orinas was the company that created the website. I thought it was great that the team was mainly made up of young women.
Orinas: So that's why you contacted us! What was the deciding factor that ultimately led you to request our services?
Niimura: Actually, I received quotes from three potential companies, including Orinas. To be honest, Orinas was the most expensive. However, I was attracted by the personality and passion of the person in charge, and the fact that it was an all-female team, so I decided to leave it to them.
Orinas: I'm happy! The sense of security that only women can have is something we wanted to express from the beginning, but the "sense of trust" that is also the name of our company, Sincerity, is also something we wanted to express on our website!
Niimura: That's right. It's the most important part for our customers, so we didn't want to compromise on it.
Positive Feedback After Completion
Orinas: How did you feel when the website was actually completed?
Niimura: People from major companies have told me, "You've made something amazing! It's trustworthy," and my mother and other family members have said, "As a business that puts trust first, I think it's already a success." I've also received positive feedback from those around me, with comments like, "It's easy to introduce customers," and "Your passion really comes through."
Orinas: I think from the beginning you've wanted to express your gratitude to the people who've helped you, so that's a nice comment! When you say introductions, do you mean from one customer to another?
Niimura: That's right. There are actually cases where introductions have led to work.
The Importance of Greeting Cards
Orinas: By the way, what was the response to the greeting cards that were produced at the same time as the website?
Niimura: I'm glad I made them. I realized how important things like this are when you first start a business. As I mentioned earlier, not only were we able to express our gratitude to those who have helped us up until now and convey a message like, "Here's what I'm working hard on now. Is there anything I can do to help you?" in the greeting cards, but people also liked the design of the greeting cards themselves, so they were well received. With the COVID-19 pandemic and not much good news to come, people were even more pleased and even celebrated with us.
Recommendations and Reflections
Orinas: Thank you. Finally, if you have the opportunity in the future, would you recommend our company? If so, what would you recommend us for?
Niimura: Yes, I would definitely recommend them! I really liked the fact that they have a "female perspective" and that they do a good job. The overall presentation, including the design and the way they use words, created a soft, feminine image, which made for a very satisfying end result. I would especially recommend them to companies whose main target is women.
